What Can the Data Loader Advisor Do?

How to Enable the AI Agent (Step-by-Step)

To get this feature up and running on your Fusion instance, follow these three core phases:

1. Enable Profile Options

Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values and ensure the following are set to Y:

• ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_ENABLED
• ORA_PER_GUIDED_JOURNEYS_SETUP_REDWOOD_ENABLED
• ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED
• ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED

2. Prepare the Agent & Ingest Documents

1. Go to Tools > Scheduled Processes.
2. Run the Prepare HCM Data Loader AI Agent process.
3. Once finished, run the Process Agent Documents process.

3. Configure and Embed the Agent

The agent lives inside a Guided Journey. Here is how to wire it up:

1. Create the Journey: In My Client Groups > Guided Journey, create a new draft. Add a task with the type Agent and select Data Loader Advisor as the Workflow Agent.
2. Note the Codes: Save the Guided Journey Code and Task Code.
3. Edit the Page: Navigate to the Import and Load Data page, select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio, and input your codes into the guidedJourneyCode and guidedJourneyTaskCodes properties.
